Hacking Playing NTSC-U / NTSC-J VC games on a PAL vWii in 60Hz?
Right now I have my Wii U plugged into my Capture Card (Avermedia live gamer HD) with it's output being connected to my monitor. I don't know what consequences this has for the speed, but I wasn't able to get any different results by plugging it into my monitor directly. it seems that only 50Hz...- Bananeur

Not really sure, but I think running games off USB loader is slower compared to VC or disc. i didn't really mention this anywhere, but for speedruns it's probably not ideal to run off usbloader. I'll still see if I can make it work, and ask a few people what the rules are regarding usb-loaded VC...- Bananeur

I'm just gonna ask it bluntly - is it possible? I've tried installing a RegionFree NTSC-J wad on vWii, but the result was a game that felt like it was running in slowmotion (including the audio). I assume that this is because of PAL's 50Hz problem. Is there any way to make these games run in...- Bananeur

Hacking Devolution - Public Release
Tried this myself with a USB drive and SD card, both FAT32, made a rip with cleanrip, moved the iso into the games\ folder, however after I insert the disc for verification (when the disc drive is flashing), It'll just flash 9 times, then return to the Homebrew Channel, any idea what this might...- Bananeur

I haven't played my Switch n a month or so, just been playing Xbox, and just picked to play lil and Damn that A and B, X and Y being reversed always gets me. -

I agree Tears is great. I even played thru it completely twice. I've been hooked on playing thru Fallout 4 again though, after they released the next gen version for Series S/X. Is pretty cool update.
