    Checked my Wii U and I can access Eshop services just fine, so it's just the 3DS that's banned. Knowing this I'm almost completely certain that the ban is temporary.

    I suggest trying to use PLvsPW font if you're actually trying to fit 3 rows in it, but I doubt that's necessary given most mainline did fine with 2. But that already looks MUCH better than the in-game font. congrats.
