    Okay I'm new to this still. Is this a hardmod? where you have to have 2 3ds & soldering iron? The version on the 3ds is 11.1.0-34U. is there anyway I can downgrade like steps you maybe able to help me with? like how would I install CFW like do you hook up the 3ds to computer?

    just got my new r4i 3ds card can some one help me on what files I need. I have moonShell2 & woodr4 1.62 need to know how to set it up. Someone said in chat that I cannot play 3ds games (roms) on ver 11.1.0-34U 3ds is that true?
