    no you cannot fully fat32 partition a 128GB flash drive, you can half and half, but fat 32 partition's exactly that amount and nothing more, the wii wants to read the rest of the partition instead of the fat32, so no it cant be done, unless you mess around with the wii to where it overlooks that...
