    Just put up the Master (Chief) file with the .PKMs now. And I don't know about the full GTS, but I trade things to people through the PSS. They may have different rules, I'm not sure. If so, I don't understand how your Celebi worked.

    They all have a foreign OT, either Zero or Xero, unless otherwise stated (events etc.) It doesnt matter if you transfer them to X and Y anyway because even Pokemon you personally caught on B2W2 will count as a forign ID (traded). All OTs are legitimate and have legit ID/SIDs.
