    Hardware, games, dvd's etc. have to be sealed to return (says their returnpolicy). But you never recieved them sealed from them, so that's something you could use as an argument I guess.

    Yeah, it's not really downgraded. It's just a new 4.5 3ds (at least mine was). Some things on their site are a little misleading. They are a little sketchy and they have some bad reviews on the internet. I got mine with 4.5 firmware from them though.

    Gaming Recommended PS4 games (out and upcoming)

    If you haven't played The Last Of Us on ps3 I definitely recommend that one! I might buy a ps4 + TLOU bundle when it comes out, just for the better fps and graphics for online. It'll be 50 euro/dollar and comes with all the DLC's that came out (1 SP DLC and 2 multiplayer map DLC's)

Now I need to split the rom because of 2gb max on my fat32 sd. If I split them I get a .3d0 and .3d1 file. Do I need to change those...
