    All I really need to know is where the mission flags are stored in memory, as well as the missions themselves. So that I can reset the Normal Mission that overlapped with the Basic Mission.

    Yep, I collected the same materials, but it didn't make any difference. My guess is that the items may have some uniquely generated hash code that's assigned to each mission objective, and when they're completed, they probably are stored into the mission objectives.
