    Im guessing the cart designers did something in software on the asic, which would be hard/impossible to replicate short of reprogramming if its like an fpga/cpld or redesigning the whole thing, but the method i suggested would probably work too. won't know for sure until someone tries

    that chip in the top-left looks like a common spi flash. just buy another one of those, cut the chip select line from the original, solder the new one on top, and have a switch to toggle which cs line is connected. should work. would be a bit of work making it fit in the shell though

    the game isnt out yet, and freeshop pulls the game from nintendos cdn. so if it were on freeshop now, the best you would get is the preload. idk why thats not on there yet though. you could try using fbi's network install. that's what I usually do when i don't want to pull my sd card out.

    remove the .txt extension since gbatemp doesnt allow uploading ips patches apparently. seriously, why the restrictions on extensions? it didnt prevent me from uploading this not allowed file type, and is just kinda annoying. ive seen lots of people just zipping files. but this is only 23...

    yeah, the wifi uses spi flash. not applicable to sighax though. dumping the wifi flash doesnt really get you the bootroms. if it did, that can be dumped from ds mode, and we would have had bootroms on day 1

    whatever device that is just has the good stuff in a separate spi flash chip. what people are going after here is the tiny rom in the cpu that apparently holds some interesting things. so not really similar at all.

    use the import seed option in fbi. if i remember right, it should download from cdn. if not, you can find the seed on the regular warez sites. or you can just download the game with ciangel or freeshop. both should handle it for you

    well to install games with wupinstaller you need to have installable files to install. which means redownloading using funkiiu or similar.

    well yeah, safehax can get you into luma on 11.2. its just no ideal since you have to manually load i every single boot. and wihout any of the a9lh features/protection. so like menuhax and 9.2, but a lot more inconveinent.
