    It's so odd it's only the 3DS eShop too. I can access the Wii U eShop with the same NNID. I wonder if their system is so outdated it can't remove all online services with one general swoop, so they taped two ban conditions into one and sent it out.

    It's wise to not contact Nintendo right now. They KNOW there's a banwave, you can't play stupid because nobody should have the games yet. My plan right now is to buy Moon on release and then contact them asking why it won't work.

    I can get onto Miiverse. I can also play my Wii U online. My 3DS seems to be a pure console ban. Actually, that might be the difference between the two bans. NNIDs with only 3DS registered gets NNID ban, NNID with Wii U+3DS gets console banned, and 3DS without NNID gets console banned.

    Honestly is it that big a deal? Anyone with CFW can still install and play games. People calling their console a brick are overreacting. The 3DS has like another 5 months before it's irrelevant with the Switch anyway.
