    Found a Pokemon Bank 1.5 cia but it still doesn't work since it's linked to eShop. Same 005-5964 Please! There's gotta be a way to bypass this! I can't return this 3DS

    Ah. I just have trouble renaming the file. I even tried backing it up, renaming it manually on my PC and put it back in my 3DS and it just automatically sets it back to 000000

    Thanks but I commented on that post saying I'm stuck at the part where I had to rename the 000000 file. It says something about failed renaming path. Seems like the posters above are having the same problem too

    I'd rather try to unban it. I want to be able to update games without finding update files on PC and access eShop for Pokemon Bank.

    I researched it myself but Google search barely give me results concerning this error code. From what I'm seeing, there's like mixed results pre 2018 posts saying it can't be unbanned and a few other guys after 2018 posts saying they followed the decrypt9 method or whatever to unban it.     Homebrew Swap DRC for TV-Only Wii U Games

    Swap DRC doesn't seem to work on ZombiU and Xenoblade Chronicles for some reason. I tried pressing L + Minus and it didn't work. Splatoon worked however which is weird. Edit: 00f I'm dumb. Those games have the option to use the gamepad only.

    I don't mind spending the $5. It's just my cousin with the Wii U and maybe my friends as well want me to CFW but don't wanna dish out $5 for it. It just sucks that the games are only tied to one console. Like I said before, Wii U stuff just makes minor things very complicated.

    Hacking Twisted Metal: Head-On has some audio issues

    Every rom that I tried gave me sfx issues. There's no gun sound effects and many more sfx are missing. I'm playing it on the PSP 1000 CFW to latest version Pro-C Infinity and the EU roms with files that's twice the size (From 800 mb to 1.6gb) are not working either. Is this game broken??
