    OK that's what I figured. Omega's are emulating GB/GBC games. But then something like the EZ Flash Jr is not doing emulation for GB/GBC games on the DMG and CGB. Now that is fascinating about the black slider, I had no idea. Learn something new everyday... thank you for that.

    Can you extract the MAC address of the NZone at your McDonalds? I'm guessing you are in Europe? And yes, it may be that it's Region Locked. Japan lost access to Streetpass Relay's first. I'd still like to test this out over here on my Homepass setup.

    Yeah... and I was just working with Pinchie on getting SpillPass updated (see his GitHub for the discourse), and everything seems to have suddenly stopped working. It was working fine 2 weeks ago - and now, it's unresponsive. We'll keep an eye on it. But it doesn't look good :(

    OK got it to work. Change your home router to SSID "McDonalds Free WiFi" - it has to spelled exactly that way. Also, make sure your network is open, and not locked with WPA/etc. Then check for a gift on the internet in your respective Pokemon game, done. Now you have Hoopa!

    Looks like all is well. My Spillpass setup works flawlessly on both firmware. A 2DS w/ 8, and my 3DS w/ 9. Still receiving streetpassing without an issue.
