Sorry i keep harassing this thread... but i can't seem to find a solution for the one issue i am having and that is using save states in retroarch after a power down and power up :) , the file is there but when first loading rock and roll racing then trying to select the save state on slot 1...
nope a fresh rock and roll racing save state, can anyone test this ? create a game do 1 race save state on slot 1 power off snes power on snes load state you will see it does nothing if it works for you please post your command line many thx

can anyone explain how to save with retroarch?
i load up rock and roll racing and do 1 race, then use the savestate feature from retroarch , i think it saves because the A button also does something in game. i load the state and it goes back to this point
but when i shutdown the snes...
Well can confirm all is fine with the release of 2.20 :)
What i did from RC5:
1. used the uninstall button and let it flash
2. flashed original kernel from backup
3. tested snes mini on tv all ok and back to defaults
4. flashed customer kernel with latest version
5. installed snes9x core for...
/bin/snes /etc/libretro/core/snes9x2010_libretro.so /usr/share/games/CLV-U-XFJBY/Rock_N__Roll_Racing.smc --volume 100 -rollback-snapshot-period 600
this command works in the command line but i get an error on the audio driver it can't load... , im giving up until clusterr has released his final...
well i am running into issues when launching from the main menu, i have this command:
/bin/snes -rom /usr/share/games/CLV-U-XFJBY/Rock_N__Roll_Racing.smc
it does not load the rom, when i try to use this command in telnet no content file can be found ..
/bin/snes -rom /usr/share/games/CLV-U-XFJBY/Rock_N__Roll_Racing.smc this command it not correct, when using the command in telnet the core says it's need a content file...
