    just tried it for my self...it does get corrupted however I didn't lose my other saves thank god!(took my memory card put it back in and restarted the game and it asked me if i wanted to deleted the save file and i said yes) EDIT:baiten kaitos origins works fine on 2.6(on a real memory card)...
