    Hardware Want a small N3DS, import options?

    I imported a JPN N3DS last year and it was on 8.1. I got it from Amazon. I region changed it to USA, and I'm having no issues with it other than eshop access. I thought you could transfer the secureinfo from a 3DS with access to the N3DS, but I'm not sure. I also have no problem naming folders.

    You use xdelta to patch an original ROM, and the output can be anything you want, hence the "filename.nds" comment. If that's not what you meant then try explaining your question further instead of repeating yourself.
