    You're better off getting a class 2 or 4. Class 10 cards are only fast for sequential writes, and they sacrifice random writes to do it.

    It's entirely possible. Anything that has its point of convergence at the screen surface will "appear" to be 2D.

    That won't happen, since you could claim that you didn't actually want the device repaired. Even if it did happen, you could simply choose not to pay and they'd be stuck with a refurb unit. It's better for them to get your money first or just send the device back to you as-is.

    My sentiments exactly. A lot of discussion around these parts regarding "hacking" the 3DS is 95% speculation based on 5% fact. Even something as mundane as these "automatic updates," which are disabled quite easily by the way, just has to be picked apart based on mere fibers of evidence.
