Defragging only deletes three files. It still doesn't work?

I'm now confused. So, I defrag SD. Re-download R4 firmware. Download WAIO and then it should work?

I'm having trouble installing this on my R4 SDHC. I have completed the following steps: 1. Downloaded latest WAIO file from OP. 2. Dragged _rpg folder to ROOT of SD Card. 3. Dragged the WAIO.nds file in to ROOT of SD Card. 4. Dragged WoodR4.nds and WoodR4sdhc.nds file to ROOT of SD Card. NOTE...
