    My points are correct and when I switched out for hwfly, it boot up fine. I just got the zero in and it act differently after you install the firmware. I think it’s our one chips or it’s the bootloader that might be giving us the problem.

    I see we are using the same chip (rp2040 one) and it’s doing the same thing (one red blink). When I swap out rp2040 for a hwfly, it work just fine. I’m wondering if it’s the rp2040 one that's the problem.

    I'm using RP2040 one and I'm only getting one quick red light. Is it my installation or the chip is blank (i hold down boot, plug it in and drop the 2.5 fw.ufc & reboot)? I'm using the v2 hwfly cpu cable on a v2 (use the 3, 4 or 3-4 points on the cable), added 47 ohm on the 3 points and 20 ohm...
