    yes it worked i got the game from usb helper there patched for firmware ill just stick to what i was doing before decrypting them first from 3ds to cia thanks everyone!!!!!!!!

    i had no problem installing unsigned cias from usb helper using fbi before i installed like 250 cias b4 and now it doesnt give me the option i already installed outrun on the same system and now no install option
