    So the rules are?: 1. Only pokemon allowed to be used are those that can only be found and caught on HG/SS 2. 2 Legendary max on a team 3. Singles or Doubles? lvl 50 cap or lvl 100 cap? 4. Set team? No changing of pokemon? Honestly this tournament is confusing when you don't know what to follow.
