Hacking WiiFlow - an open source GUI USB-Loader
FWIW, xabby666 compiled a version that supports cIOS223 v5. It is release v28. I have been using it with 223 v5 and it works flawlessly with the DLC for RB2 and GH5 on standard SD cards.- sunnuhvuh

You are correct that you can only store the DLC on USB if you are using Uloader (started with V4.8 I believe) and NAND emulation. I am still in the process of copying my DLC to NAND emulation, but I just hate the Uloader GUI so much. Do you know if there are any plans for WiiFlow to support...- sunnuhvuh

Ahhh, ok. I will hang with R28 for now then, since Hermes V5 handles the DLC correctly for the music games as compared to V4. Thanks for the answer.- sunnuhvuh

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid

Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
