    Sorry I didn't make it clear, but I have cios Rev 16 installed on a 4.0 and 4.2 Wii. The two wii's ive tried use other USB drives just fine, but not this new USB drive. Any ideas?

    Tutorial Modify ANY Wii 4.3 & below

    This link solved my problem with 4.2 - I just had to use Any Title Deleter to remove CIOS 222, 223, 249, & 250. I then could install CIOS Rev 16 successfully, which allowed USB Loader GX to work great. Definitely make a BootMii backup before doing this though.
