What is considered the best DS flashcard?
Only bought this one because I only really ever used clones after I lost my Acekard 2i and installed Twilight Menu on the DSi.
I got the dragon showing up, but I always get a black screen. Running Luma + B9S, Sysnand on 11.2 and Emunand on 11.3 on a Japanese New 3DS. How do I create a GW emunand, I think that may be the issue.
Rather have GBA support than cheats. But good on them for continuing to keep their device updated. They need a new selling point, convenience and being noob-friendly is it.
Smash Bros 3DS has an in-game shop. Would it be possible to redeem a US Mewtwo code on an JP 3DS? If you have the 1.06 update it seems you don't need to go on the eshop to download DLC for Smash Bros.
If someone with a Japanese console downloaded Cubic Ninja from the eshop before it got taken down, they would be able to run it from Sysnand without cart switching.
Glad to see Gateway finally releasing the Cubic Ninja version of the exploit. Also glad that I bought a Sky3DS for $55~ last week, the Japanese versions of these games go for a lot, even before the exploits for the New 3DS were released.
Until someone else finds another exploit, I don't think Gateway will release another method. They've been sitting on this OoT method for awhile it seems, they're good at what they do in terms of flashcard abilities, but their exploits have always piggybacked others.
I ended up getting a Sky3DS and running it that way. This way I can use the OoT entry or Cubic Ninja entry, the Japanese versions of these games are pricy.
Your kids must be the coolest kids in school. I am not sure how many kids have access to stuff like Gateway or Sky3DS or even know about it. I would have gone nuts if my parents gave me a flashcard for my Gameboy instead of buying each game and waiting an eternity for birthdays or Christmas.
I think this is more of a case of Gateway being unable to find an exploit that doesn't require a retail game and Sky3DS conveniently being able to emulate them.
Not sure about other models of Pi4 but the Pi 4 B with 8GBs OCed to 2Ghz handles PSP really great except like 1 game I found and it is playable it just looks bad lol Motor Storm Arctic something or other.
I mean yeah sure but the specs are the same as a $50 model, it's just those pesky "quality of life" things driving up the price, like an actually working speaker, or buttons that don't melt, and stuff like that.
I think all in my Pi 4 was well north of 200 bucks 150ish for the Pi 4 the case the fancy cooler, then like 70 for the 500GB MicroSD then like 70 for the Xbox controller. But honestly it's a nice set up I really enjoy and to me was worth every penny. (even bought more controllers for 2 or 4 player games.) hmmm have never played any 2 player games yet
Yeah that's what I hate about the RPi, it's supposedly $30 or something but it takes an additional $200 of accessories to actually turn it into a working something.
Yeah a lot of it I consider a hobby, using Batocera I am constantly adjusting the collection adding and removing stuff, scraping the artwork. Haven't even started on some music for the theme... Also way down the road I am considering attempting to do a WiiFlow knock off lol
