Hacking n3ds on 9.9.0-26U
I have an N3ds on 9.8 with no update nag. Can i just downgrade as is or can i update with sysupdater to 10.3 then downgrade? I have downgraded 4 3ds new and old but all were on 10.3 so i have no clue. Thanks in advance.- robavila721

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
