EDIT: Sure enough, I fixed the problem as soon as I posted this. Used DOP-IOS to reinstall a normal IOS9 which I heard can be a leftover from cioscorp. So...maybe someone will find this useful at least. Basic summary of problem: certain VC games restart my Wii upon loading them when launched...- Jenbangles
