ROM Hack Citra dlc cia decrypting
Hello, It seems citra now supports installing cia DLC, but is there any source of decrypted cia DLC? As I don't have a 3ds atm. I tried using ctrtool to decrypt the encrypted cia dlc files but I don't think it's working, though that might be due to my misuse I am not sure?- madah123

No offence to translators, but I don't know why people are still waiting for this. The game is so outdated now, but I guess if you are a digimon fan not just an rpg fan it's worth waiting for o.o. Seriously like they might release a new digimon game before this even gets finished. NO I am not...- madah123

I swear like 99% of arcade games wouldn't even exist these days outside of MAME the arcade machines are old and busted very few ever saw any sort of home conversion
