    Ok, then I would say that NO$GBA is causing the problem. Look here, somebody also has that problem on NO$GBA. You could try this fix for NO$GBA. But is it really possible, to use Rudolph's patch on GERMAN translation and the arm7 patch at the same time?

    I think it's not possible to use both patches (rudolph + arm7) at the same time. I mean, at last they're doing the same thing. That might cause the problem.
