Yes... I /was/ doing it wrong; I had soft-reset disabled. Enabling soft-reset along with use cheats fixed it.

AKAIO should probably have a bug report for allowing cheats enabled without soft-reset (at least w/o warning the end user).
Either I'm not doing it right "All Treasures [SELECT]" is turned on, cheats are enabled... but I still don't see any effect. I even loaded my old game and pressed select.

My cheat db was the most recent one from...
I tried it out; from what I can tell it doesn't actually /add/ any treasures, but instead seems to just enable the treasure's (unmask their existence).
I've beaten the game once, but not with all the items. My flashcart says it has a 'dangerous' cheat to enable all items, but it doesn't appear to alter the quantity of treasures.
So far I've started collecting several .sav versions and have begun to compare their contents to try and isolate...
I feel like school, back when I was actually in school, was more entertaining though, because of how much I get to interact with people, hang out with friends, and other stuff like that. All I get to talk to at work is my boring coworkers lol
