I returned the console to its owner, I'll get it back next week.
According to him, the console was turned off and he could never restart it.
The method used is the new method 2, so I desoldered the wires one by one trying to restart between each desoldering and it only started again once the...
Another problem with another console, I use AWG30, can it come from there? It works perfectly and after some restart the console is frozen, forced to desolder the chip.
I'm not sure because it worked with the old 2 method and by soldering the 3v from the trinket to the battery it works. I think it's more complex.
Out of curiosity I will try another trinket in the next few days.
I rewelded it twice so it looks poor but I checked it's good.
I misspoke, it works perfectly on the "BAT" port of the trinket.
PS: If the tests were done on the 3v port it could be my trinket that is defective.
yes when the console is switched on, the trinket reacts normally (press power = white blinking). But the cold boot doesn't work anymore, the console won't start.
Amazing things when I desolder and weld the 3v of the trinket the console and the trinket works O_o.
Hello,
I have just made the modification of point 3v but the new method 2 has difficulty to work.
I can't get started with the console completely off. The new point 3v does not seem to be permanently powered. This works with the usb-C cable connected. My welds look good.
