    Hacking DSTT for $10 real?

I haven't seen any 2.0 AceKards from DX in months. As for there being problems with the DSTT, haven't had any problems with those. As an avid user of both the AK2 and the DSTT, I prefer the DSTT.

Because DX is based in Hong Kong. The rest of the sites have to import them from Hong Kong and of course make a profit.

Decisions, decisions. It's a rough call. I don't mind setting up whatever I have to for him to use everything. As long as it's simple once it gets into his hands.

I thought about that but with all the defectives it didn't seem too smart right now. Nothing like listening to a 7yr old without his games for a couple of weeks.

He's going to want to be able to link up with the GBA and DS games. I did forget to mention that earlier. I think the EZ Flash 3in1 is going to be a better overall solution for him and as long as I can patch the games to enable the RTC events it's not a problem. So if I go with the EZ Flash 3 in...

Looks like it's going to to be the Supercard and EZ Flash 3 in 1. Seems the AK2 faulty cards are still floating around and I'd rather not have to deal with the headache.

I don't have a slot-2 yet. I figured if I went with the M3 I'd use the one it came with. If I go with a different card I'd just use the EZ-Flash IV Lite or EZ-Flash 3 in 1 or whatever someone recommends. I know there are a couple that don't have the Real Time Clock feature needed for the Pokemon...

    Hardware Question about D2Pro9 v2

As long as it's the D2Pro9 V2 then like RGSPro said , it's already got the fw that allows DVD upgrading. But the DVD upgrades are only good for updating the SPI, they won't flash the Actel which is where the main firmware of the chip resides. Minor updates will go onto the SPI, major updates...
