Homebrew Downgrade from 10.4?
Could you explain or link to what you are talking about i sent my bricked 3ds to get fixed they updated it to 10.4 i would like to downgrade it i have another 3ds that is on 9.2 .- heero01

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
