    thanks for the quick reply. I guess I'll have to follow the other guide since USB Loader won't work without the custom ios edit: replacing the cios_fix.wad step with the rev10.wad doesn't work so I'll just follow the complete guide first, then I'll try this one again

    I just looked up this Koma: in my VIZ manga release of Rurouni Kenshin. The exact words in that frame are: "those words... are a law of nature" reffering to a two or three frames back where Shishio says: "In this world, the strong live.... and the weak die."
