    The FAT32 limit is technically 2 bytes less than an exact 4 GB so games that are exactly 4 GB won't fit as is, yes. Fortunately trimming should be enough to cut off 2 bytes

    The problem persists with both private headers and personal rom dumps so I would be inclined to rule out a problem with the rom or template. And just that if it was a simple template problem it probably wouldn't take over a month to fix.

    If you're purchasing stuff from the eshop you may as well eject your Sky3ds just to be safe. If you're talking about shop content accessed from within the game itself then... I have no idea. I asked something like that a week ago and got 0 responses.
