Just got the M3DS Real Perfect bundle and it's a BP3E. I bought two cheap Kingston MicroSD cards from newegg, a 1GB and a 2GB. Actually, you have to rename the ROM by changing the text of the ROM header via a hex editor, prior to flashing it to the cart. Not that complicated, but still...the word archaic springs to mind.
