Lots of arguing ITT, but the "correct" way to name (as well as verify ROMs) is to use a database such from No-Intro or Redump with a tool such as RomCenter. I was very surprised to see that the RPi 4 can actually function as a Plex server - i.e. it can handle real-time HD transcoding without hardware acceleration. Nuts.
