    ROM Hack Hex Editor without SX OS

    Did some google search and GBA temp search but could only find built in hex editor using SX os. I am currently on FW 6.0.1 using ReiNX, have checkpoint and EdiZon installed. Just wondering is there a program similar to the SX OS cheats that can hex edit games if i do not have SX OS?
