    Homebrew Any Sega Megadrive Good emulators for old 3ds?

    Retroarch 20fps, nope.jpg. Psp have picodrive but 3ds nothing.(I know that MIPS is better than arm for develop Homebrew), but we have 2 emulators for snes :( and 0 for 3ds.

    Im trying to launch DSx86 on the nds_hb_menu, but it freezes at "initializing libfat" and dont launch, i saw a video with this homebrew at cia, , but idk how to convert the nds to cia with the make_cia.exe, it gives to me error all the time.
