    I play this game on my old 3DS and it's running good, only the wild pokemon appearances and battle scene's are running to slow, is there a way i can fix this? Everything is running fine if i play the game on my smartphone.

Because when i load the save file it shows different pokemons , some pokemons are even missing that i caught in the game, and they all have an exclamation mark,and if i go to 'items' in Pkhex i get the message" the following items in has been removed"...
