ROM Hack [Release] Fire Editor - Fire Emblem: Awakening's save editor

That would work, but you'd lose out on female Morgan, unless you're willing to mess with a hex editor to add one in. I can help with that if you'd like :moogle:

ROM Hack [Release] Fire Editor - Fire Emblem: Awakening's save editor

Yes, it is really that easy to do it in Awakening. However, you can still only recruit one Morgan via the paralogue. I'd also recommend recruiting your save's native Morgan before adding a second Avatar, otherwise it screws with Morgan's data. There are workarounds to this of course, but it...

Make them Lv20 of that base class, and a Second Seal will allow them to return to Lv1 and learn the skill naturally, even if the class isn't in their native set

ROM Hack [Release] Fire Editor - Fire Emblem: Awakening's save editor

The latest build is unstable and incomplete, more of a testing build if anything.

ROM Hack [Release] Fire Editor - Fire Emblem: Awakening's save editor

Well, it looks like I've found my way back here again. Anyone know of a tool that can decompress JP Awakening Saves? I wanna do some digging in a hex editor but FEAST doesn't seem to support JP saves

ROM Hack [Release] Fire Editor - Fire Emblem: Awakening's save editor

Well, it's been a whole year and 3 days since the last stable release of Fire Editor. It has been a pleasure discussing this wonderful tool with you all, but with inconsistent status updates on the progress of this tool, coupled with my realworld workload doubling and my interest in hacking...

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

Well, I dream of a WORLD where deathchaos25 and Omegablu have released open source rom hacking tools and tutorials to the public. No ROMs, I'd rather build/rebuild them myself. On another note, has anyone bothered compiling a file full of every single Kana from each parent combination? That'd...

Ninjhax is back? Better go find mine and blow the dust off of it, then :toot:

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

I revive Crimson every time I play Revelations and have yet to see any issues other than the game credit text showing her still as retired, but that's not really an issue. She deserves to retire after a successful rebellion and returning from the dead :)

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

Has anyone discovered the byte/s for a Bond Unit's unique marking? I love immortalizing my old Avatars as Bond Units in newer files but kinda want the marking to go with it.

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

I took a look at your save, and tried importing it after removing Aptitude. The game loaded just fine. I added the Plaza back, streetpassed myself, and it seemed to work just fine. I was able to come and go from the castle as I pleased. That is, until I reloaded the game. Then it crashed. So I...

I'll take a look at it, and try importing into my game to see if there are any issues on my end.

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

I personally try to gather at least one of every resource before maxing them in the editor, but that's just me being extra careful. I know that there was a bug regarding resources in a previous version of the editor, but that one got fixed quite some time ago. You should also make sure that you...

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

Well you should have mentioned the resources bit. Do you have a backup of the save from before you edited those? Try restoring that and see what happens.

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

Interesting... I've removed plenty of unwanted skills before, and this has never occurred to me... I dunno what chapter you're on, but your only option might be to start a new file. This might be something for @Soaprman to look into, if it's a bug. Or maybe you're just unlucky. Either way, a...

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

So you used the editor's "Edit Learned Skills" tab to remove Aptitude? And you're certain that was the only change you made?

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

First off, who's ability did you try changing, and to what? Did you use the editor, or did you edit it by hand in a Hex Editor? We need a little more information than what you've given. I've personally never heard of something like what you're describing, so I'd appreciate some detail so I can...

ROM Hack FEFTwiddler - Fire Emblem Fates Save Editor

Yeah I only just got home and saw your post, sorry! ... On another note, would you happen to have a character file for female Kana who has Flora as her mother? I'm trying to do a thing and I don't feel like starting a new file for her when she's only going to be exported to a different save file.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
