    Not sure whether you fixed it already, but the issue is with point B (RST); it even says so in the diagnostic ("Glitcher fatal: console RST failure"). But tbh, I came across two V6S units that were defective and claimed the same, but with another V6S unit, it worked right away.

    Actually, in case of InstinctNX V6S, the red flashing for 20s means DAT0 issues.

    HA! Happened to me few times, and I never saw anyone mention it anywhere. It seems like it's a result of interference. Assuming you used the ABCD flex cable, redo everything with wires (as short as possible) and flash the latest v2.0 firmware. Also stick the modchip with 3M tape to the APU...

    Ok, first of all, thank you! Actually I hoped this thread would help me narrow down the culprit but at the end I just yoloed a NAND rebuild with donor ROM, prod.keys and prodinfo via emmchaccgen and nxnandmanager and it solved all the issues!

    So that's the reason why V6S are out of stock everywhere. 🤔 Anyway, I got confirmed from my source that there isn't and won't be any firmware update for V6, that means the 1.0.0 is the one and only. BUT apparently there is 2.0.0 for V6S actually.

Sometimes it was glitching, sometimes it was reporting random errors and when connected to PC it glitched everytime without hiccups.
