Did you use the USB Partition Plugin? If you have that installed, then you would get an error like that, if it is partitione dwrong. But if you never bothered with that or ISFShax, then this isn't your problem.
Your diagboot1 version is 7, which should be fine.
You could flash this firmware to the pico. It will give you the output without defusing. With that we could see where the PTB gets stuck exactly.
if you have defused it could you dump the seeprom? There was some value in the seeprom the sdboot1 expects. Maybe on your console that value is different.
@Giuliano what is the reson for you to install ISFShax? Did the console have any problems before?
You should boot using the third option in minute.
That sounds like overheating. Make sure the fan spins and if it does check the condition of the Thermal pad. If the heatsink sticks to Board, then...
Since multiple people having the same problem more, try the older minute from here: https://github.com/StroopwafelCFW/minute_minute/releases/tag/v1.5
Maybe something in the newer minutes broke something
If you go to sync boot1 version it should tell you the version. Just make sure to abort then, since the one in the SEEPROM can't be read without the otp
It's fixed in v1.1.1 of USBMLC: https://github.com/StroopwafelCFW/wafel_usb_mlc/releases
EDIT: just noticed that fix causes the long wait with aroma again.

should be all working now in 1.1.2
