Homebrew Official NAND Dumper - Create full dumps of the NAND

Once you hit 'A' it will revert to the 'Wii U Menu' splash screen and then into the program. It shows the progress just like when it writes redNAND. Mine froze too at first when I use it with Mocha sysNAND but when I tried Haxchi sysNAND it worked.

Hacking Successfully dumped WiiU EMMC nand with hardmod.

I'm experiencing difficulty in writing to eMMC. I'm having a hard time getting windows to recognize my fake sd card. If at times I'm able to get it recognized and it prompts me to format, I'm having trouble sustaining the recognition for a successful write. It cuts off and says 'the device is...

Hacking [Guide] Kafluke's HardMod CBHC Unbrick guide

Ok my system is still semi-bricked as I can't access the eshop and data management, they all give me 160-0103 or 160-1710. Mocha would still freeze at splash screen just like it did when it first bricked. I had Mocha + RedNAND + CBHC, something corrupted when I formatted USB when asked. I read...

@Leeful You are my hero and my new best friend! After I flashed my slc.full.img fixed, my gamepad came back to life! Video output wouldn't output by default had to play around with the settings then it came back. Think I lost all my savegames for BOTW though because it doesn't show it's...

@Leeful I flashed the cbhc removed slc_test.bin and then removed the teensy but still no video, gamepad will not connect. I'm going to try with slc.full.img and then remove the teensy.

@Leeful I first flashed my slc.full.img fixed (no cbhc) and got no video output. Solid blue light, optical drive powers, fan works but Wii U gamepad will not connect. I then flashed the dump with cbhc removed and got no video output as well. Both flashes had no errors. I guess my Wii U is done.

@Leeful if we worried about the 1 supercluster with bad HMAC data, shouldn't we be flashing my fixed slc.full.img instead?

@Leeful here is the dump with the boosteredition setup with cbhc removed, I even shortened the wires in hopes of a better read. Looks like it's exactly the same thing though. Will it flash properly even with the bad clusters and bad HMAC data?

Hacking [Guide] Kafluke's HardMod CBHC Unbrick guide

@Leeful here is the nandbincheck with the dualnand edition, I'll resolder everything to signalbooster edition if you think it'll yield better results based on the current findings: How to 'dump without ECC'? slc_test.bin dump size is 540,672KB that's the same size as a fixed bin from...

Hacking [Guide] Kafluke's HardMod CBHC Unbrick guide

Do you think there's a possibility it's a valid dump just that there's a bunch of junk taking up space? I doubt developers will do anything to do so much just for one specific model of NAND since that possibility is so rare. Well I'm lucked out. Thanks so much for you and @Kafluke for helping...

@Leeful , I tried those points with the new hex but it's giving the same result and it won't vwrite. I guess now it's safe to say it's nandway is incompatible with the toshiba nand.

Hacking Successfully dumped WiiU EMMC nand with hardmod.

I was getting blinking blue light too after I fixed a joint, could mean short. After I desoldered everything it became solid again and the optical drive boots.

I used the nandway files from your latest link, same result. @Kafluke , your link to the teensy windows drivers is dead https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/serial_install.exe You might also want to add the code is for Python 2.7 and you need pip install pyserial to make it all happen. I also got a...

Yes, RB2 is connected to E7 and CE2 is connected to GND just like in the diagram, nothing on RB1 & CE1. I connected CLE to B0, ALE to D0, WE to C0 and RE to A0, if that means anything. And yes I'm using NANDway.py & signalbooster from the link in this guide, followed it to the T. Found this...

Hacking [Guide] Kafluke's HardMod CBHC Unbrick guide

Ok @Kafluke I redid all the connections, checked them all with multimeter, no shorts and I'm pretty confident in my soldering skills but it's still giving me the wrong info. There's something I'm missing. I checked the pins at 5V and GND and it's giving me 3.2V, no bridge between the cut track.

I made my slc, slccmpt and mlc with sdio nand manager and then the bins with OTP2SD from the app store. NANDbincheck already verified the slc as good, although I'm not sure what image type it should be (bin/img), either ways it should flash.
