Correct recent password, correct security question, correct recovery email (but can't access it anymore for other reasons), yet won't accept, so I need to contact support before it's too late! I even know things like what emails were in there, IPs and systems that used the account, etc., but I can't find any sort of way to contact an actual support person from Google...

Google does everything with bots nowadays and they are all so terribly configured, it's impossible to do some things, reason I need to contact an ACTUAL human support person...

There's a phone for google support for things that AREN'T account-related, kinda ironic honestly. Used to be possible to contact actual personnel for support just 2 years back or so, but not anymore, Google fired half it's staff over the past 2 years and replaced them with automated bots.
