I can help to create pages, help and explain how to use wiki tags, create layout for you because it can be complicated if you are new to wiki language. but writing a full tutorial page takes a lot of time. I didn't even know what a rsf file is. You'll have to ask someone who knows about it to write the page (for example, if it's related to 3DS, I don't know anything about it.)
