There are 1-2 decent shows, so don't worry, try the Boogiepop one for starters, it's better than it lets on, then you got the second season of Mob Psycho if you liked the original, final season of Fairy Tail continuing, etc., just don't expect more than 5 ongoing shows to be any good:P

But yeah, think of 99% of the season as cancer, like girl traveling back in time to feudal Japan and shit or literally a half-live action half-anime that's yaoi garbage where guys travel between real and anime world to attend high school... I don't even know who's ass they keep pulling these ideas from:/

Kinda would be nice if we had gotten something similar to it, I don't mind bait and switch when done well like that:P Still, try the Boogiepop one I mentioned and see where it takes you, just a little hint for this season, if the poster for the anime is shit, expect it to be shit too, somehow they did that with every poster this season

Just checked today's brand new batch of steaming shit and apparently there are some good shows judging from the manga people's reactions even though we get more shit like magical girls fighting monsters... originality overload! Grimm's Notes is one of the "promising ones", as for the other one...

Surprisingly, it seems to be the one about a pussy MC (aka shit MC) loving his teacher, ending up fucking some girl at a mixer, but soon after he finds out his dad got his teacher and moving in together with her while the girl from the mixer will be his new step-sis... If not for how terribly-written the MC is, it could have been great really...

Boogiepop, Dororo, Neverland, and My Roommate is a Cat are prob my recommendations, though Ueno-san has proved to be amusing for its 10 minute bursts. If you can get a friend with you to watch it, Dimension High School is also freaking hilarious.

Boogiepop is easily best, Dororo is nice too and from the same studio that did Megalo Box, don't know what that cat one you mentioned is since I doubt there's such a thing in this season unless it's a VERY shitty translation, Neverland is "meh" especially the children-eating part, Ueno is more for people that like TsureXzure Children (good but not for everyone) and DHS is trash:P
