Maybe she thinks your up to something. Cats are smart you know. Give her the treats leave her be to digest the treats and come back later and she will be happier.

Back to reality now... Maybe just don't pick her up so often I know its hard when she is so cute, but you have to resist the urge. Her mood might improve if you reduce what she doesn't like. Maybe giving the treats to her when she is being good(Being kind, playful, not attacking, etc)then she will realize hey If I act nice to Noctosphere I will get rewarded with treats.
