You got normal monsters and elder dragons which are far stronger, but tempered monsters means much stronger than usual and arch-tempered is a huge leap further, Kirin and Vaal are both elder dragons, so for reference, some of the hardest things in the game, while Lunastra is a normal elder dragon, not even tempered one, yet I lost;~;
