I'm fine luckily. Ceiling came down on nothing but carpet, so it's just mildly stressful than anything.

What I don't get is why the hotel stay is free... Besides that, good luck paying to fix the ceiling, those are expensive AF to repair once collapsed and could even require permits to be issued depending on the damage making it even more of a pain to deal with... Hope you are feeling lucky, because you will need it!
