Nah, put it up yesterday because that post of yours made me want to play some more KH after a fairly long break from it:P By the way, it's the Possessor pureblood Heartless as shown in KHχ.

I remember this guy being there in either KH2 or Chain, I'm sure of it. I saw this dude very recently.

Bingo. I hope 358/2 days won't bore me to death, as I've grown accustomed to the good gameplay of the console type games.

What do you mean won't bore you to death? If anything, 358/2 Days is BY FAR the most fun one to play!:P Sure, some days (levels) are a pain to beat because some of the heartless have annoying movement patterns, but besides that, I loved the panel system and how the difficulty of the game depends ENTIRELY on how you manage your panels, along with tons of other things!

Being able to do missions as ANY member of Organization XIII with each having different weapons, abilities, combos, etc. is really cool and a nice change of pace, having limit breaks turns you into an OP badass (especially if playing as Xaldin or Zero Gear Roxas) when in a pinch making you able to kill BOSSES with a simple combo if you use it well,

has BY FAR the best ending of any KH game with lots of epic back-to-back boss fights with multiple stages in some, then you get to what is shown in the secret ending video in KHII where it's Roxas vs thousands of Neoshadows and a certain other character... Anyway, 358/2 Days may take a long time to beat and all but it's possibly THE best KH game so far!

That is all very great to hear for me! I thought it probably sucked cause it was a DS game and it would be too linear haha.
ThoD
ThoD
Well, it IS kinda linear and all, but that's not a bad thing for such a game. Just heads up, missions you skip can't be done once the week passes until you are in the endgame, so careful to not miss those level panels and useful drops/rewards

Thanks for the headsup, I tend to sometimes rely on myself to go after them later on, so I'll keep an eye out. I have a question for you. Is it worth it to grind and collect a lot of stuff in any of these games before the final battle? I finished KH1 with moderate grinding and synthesis items, and finished the game at level 55. After that I just moved on to the next games. Am I missing out?

Well, unlike the main games where you get to pick the experience curve you prefer (the questions at the start for example, so getting "early journey" means faster levels when under 40), there is an average curve. However, again, panels decide the difficulty, so if you manage them well, you won't need to grind.
ThoD
ThoD
You can even overlevel yourself with proper management. Once you start it, as long as you can beat enemies without getting your ass handed to you, then you got nothing to worry about.
ThoD
ThoD
Then again, it doesn't really allow "grinding" almost at all, so if you are playing on medium or above difficulty, just do MOST missions at least for each week before doing the key mission, that way you won't have too much of a hard time.

I'm sorry but that's not what I meant at all. In all the games I never had to grind to get past some level. What I meant was, should I spend time on any of these games when I can easily get to the end in about 20 hours with decent skills, or should I wait at the last save point, and have fun by collecting all sorts of new abilities, items, and all that.

I was wondering if me skipping immediately to the next game is me missing out on a lot of great content.
ThoD
ThoD
Are you asking if you can skip the game completely?:/ You can skip any game in the series and read the reports in the other games to understand what happened, but 358/2 Days is too fun to skip in my opinion

Aw man no lol. I mean should I stop playing after I finish the story. All KH games I believe stop at one last save point where you can go back and do side missions, get more abilities, and have more fun before being done with the game.
ThoD
ThoD
Oh, you can keep playing, no new game plus or anything, but it does save at the end if I remember correctly and you get a really broken item or two you can use. You can also do past missions, level up more and so on, but once you finish the story, what you should do is do the missions with the other characters (eg: Organization XIII members or Mickey).
