I know how to use most engines, but making the game I want exactly as I want it is next to impossible alone;-; It's supposed to be a 30 hours long story-driven game with a VERY big map (about 5 quare Km or the size of State of Decay 1 map) that's also choked full of ACTUAL things to do instead of stupid collectible shit, at least that's as much as I can tell you for now. Not zombies or anything, 3rd person.
I'd love to help you, but the only things I'm good at are art and UI design.

If you can make 3D models and use the Autodesk programs (because I'm using Unreal) well, perhaps I could use your help, besides that, hardly doubt it...
I'm horrible with modelling. Unless you want something that looks cartoony, simplistic, and has a low poly count, I wouldn't recommend my modelling skills.
I'm going for high poly good quality models, something at the level of Max Payne 3 (random game with similar graphical detail I'm going for), so guess not much for you to help with. Just making the main took me like 2 hours for example... I hate modelling!
Dude. If you're making this alone, you'll never finish, or just will stop halfway.
I'd recommend doing this something like an RPG. Top-down view, 2D sprites.
It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
I was obsessed with finding UFOs, a surprising amount of US files where stashed on computers in other countries, China back in the early 90s omg sooo much
