So can you recommend those movies to people who usually watch actiony or interesting story anime like me. I've been hearing a lot of praise for those movies but I usually don't care much for romance slice of life. Is it really very good?

I'm a sucker for emotional/romance stuff, but I'd recommend both. If you're REALLY not keen on SoL or character dramas then maybe Silent Voice might not be good for you, but I'd still recommend Your Name 100%,
